Declaration of Explicit Consent

I hereby give my explicit consent to the sending, by B2 Yazılım Anonim Şirketi, of commercial electronic messages containing campaigns, promotions, announcements, information and invitations relating to its products and services, to the contact details I have shared (phone and/or e-mail), via the following channels:

• Short message (SMS)
• Telephone call
• E-mail

In this context:

1. My consent is entirely voluntary; I may submit my contact/demo/support request and benefit from the services

without giving commercial-message consent. This consent is not a precondition for the provision of the service.

1. My consent will be recorded in the Message Management System (İYS).
2. I may withdraw this consent at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge:

• via the opt-out/unsubscribe link within each commercial message,
• through the İYS,
• or by notifying [email protected].

1. My opt-out request is processed within the period prescribed by the legislation, after which no commercial electronic

message will be sent to me.

1. I can access detailed information about the processing of my personal data for this purpose via the **Personal Data

Processing (Privacy) Notice**.

Note (separate consent): This commercial-message consent is separate from notifications sent for the performance of the service, such as account/transaction verification (OTP) and responses to requests; such notifications are not in the nature of commercial messages and are not subject to consent.
